During this upgrade, several other packages may be of interest, because
some are related to EFI handling:

    efibootmgr:amd64 (0.9.0-2, 0.11.0-3) << especially this one
    grub2-common:amd64 (2.02~beta2-18, 2.02~beta2-19)
    grub-common:amd64 (2.02~beta2-18, 2.02~beta2-19)
    grub-efi:amd64 (2.02~beta2-18, 2.02~beta2-19)
    grub-efi-amd64:amd64 (2.02~beta2-18, 2.02~beta2-19)
    grub-efi-amd64-bin:amd64 (2.02~beta2-18, 2.02~beta2-19)
    libefivar0:amd64 (0.15-2, 0.15-3) << and this one

The bug may be related to the use of new features in these new versions,
probably in libefivar0, but this is only my guess.
