Bug#735935: grub-pc: LVM trouble at boot -- workaround

A workaround is to edit /etc/default/grub and set

    GRUB_DISABLE_LINUX_UUID=true

then run update-grub.

A related bug in lvm2 is #612402.

It is undesirable to refer to LVM filesystems by their UUIDs as they may 
not be unique if snapshots are present.
