grub2.0 & broken luks support

Hello,

since grub version 2.0, it has native support for luks partitions 
and also in function prepare_grub_to_access_device().

But debian has packaging patch mkconfig_skip_dmcrypt.patch which 
cause that grub command cryptomount will not be called (because 
is after "return 0").

Patch mkconfig_skip_dmcrypt.patch was added before version 2.0 
(which brought luks support) and partially fixed luks problem for 
version pre2.0.

So that patch should be dropped for all versions >= 2.0.
