I did a dist-upgrade from wheezy->jessie On reboot, my monitor displayed the error about signal out of range 90khz/60hz The previous grub was fine. This gives a bad impression of the upgrade so I've raised the severity of the issue. People with existing systems should not see something like this so early in the boot into jessie.
