Yes, I forgot about this and it would indeed be very nice to have.

It would be best if you could take this up with the two relevant
upstream's (so xen-devel@ and grub-devel@) directly please.

FWIW I think adding PVH support to something which already supports PV
is pretty easy -- it's mostly a case of making code conditional on a
feature flag to turn off some of the PV stuff under PVH, so if you were
looking for a small-ish hacking challenge this might fit the bill.

That said I've not done any PVH myself, I'm sure that folks on xen-devel
would be happy to advise though.
