Bug#835380: This bug can probably be closed

Since some of the efi-related packages have been updated in the last few
weeks, it seems that this bug is no longer present. I can perform a
grub-install with no error messages, and can boot Windows again (woohoo).

This bug can probably be closed, although you might want to check that
the return value from efibootmgr is tested, as I noted in the original
bug report.
