Package: grub-pc
Version: 2.02~beta3-5
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

I would love to see the grub-install command line used last by the
package script written to some file, log, or even into a comment line in
/etc/default/grub. That would make repeating the process and debugging
the process so much easier.

Is there already a file where I can find the setting of the
grub-pc/install_devices debconf setting, or do I really need to access
the debconf database to learn where the boot manager was written to?

Greetings
Marc
