Hi.
I seems this is a known issue, it was discovered by Guix people last year:

For some people, it seems to fail randomly. In some of my
autobuilders, it always fail.
I would just disable the test and close the bug in Debian.
But if you still want to debug it, I could still offer a test machine
where it happens all the time.
