Bug#930290: Add the play module to the signed grub-efi build

Hey Colin,

Please add "play" to the list of modules in the monolithic image that
we sign. It's a minor thing for most people, but the lack of this will
mean that blind people using the installer on SB systems won't get the
beep-beep noise that they're expecting.
