Please could you file this as a *new* bug report, *not* as a followup to
#966575 which I would much rather keep for just the more common BIOS
case?  Ideally you would do this by typing "reportbug grub-efi-amd64"
and following the prompts from there; this will automatically include
some more information about your system that you haven't yet provided.

If reportbug doesn't work for some reason, you can send email to
submit at bugs.debian.org with this paragraph at the top of your email:

Package: grub-efi-amd64
Version: 2.02+dfsg1-20+deb10u2

... and we can ask for more information from there.
