I can't reproduce this and can't see anything that would generate such a
message any more (there are a few leftover uses of "which", but they all
have their stderr redirected to /dev/null so won't matter for this
purpose).

You probably have either some local conffile changes or some other
installed package that is causing this, but I can't tell what that might
be, so you'll have to track this down yourself.  strace might help if
you're otherwise stuck (although its output is voluminous and can be
hard to read if you aren't used to it).
