Bug#920610: provide netboot live systems to secure boot enabled machines via HTTP

Hi,

we provide Debian Live Netboot systems in our school.  To load kernel
and initrd, (and optional, the huge rootfs) we use the http module for 
efficency and reliability.  Without http being included in the signed
grub, we need to disable secure boot on the machines.

So I would appreciate including the module too.
