Bug#925591: grub-install fails on raid1+efi setup

It looks like the Ubuntu folks have added this as a template named
grub-efi/install_devices in their templates.in located in the source for
package:

related to their bug of this same problem:

I assume it would be possible to incorporate the same fix easily enough
into the Debian version of this package to properly support this
scenario.
