Bug#765740: Hope support for multiple ESPs can be upstreamed from Ubuntu -> Debian

I've attempted the same with no success, I do not believe this has been integrated, at least as of Debian 11.5. I do hope this is upstreamed at some point, as it's a big win for those setting up systems without hardware raid but require the ability to survive OS disk failures and still boot without a lot of manual setup.
