Bug#1056655: Missing dependencies for grub-install lzo and xz compression

Dear maintainer,

grub-install --compress=lzo calls lzop provided by package lzop.

grub-install --compress=xz calls xz provided by package xz-utils.

However grub2-common does not have any dependency on these packages.

These packages have optional and standard priorities, which do not 
guarantee that they are present in a base installation. Maybe they 
should be added to Suggests (at least for user information) ?
