Can I somehow help to solve a debian-grub bug?

Hi,

Yeah, and sadly no-one else did answer. I can try to actively poke other people/zfs users, that I know are interested in this bug. Like e.g. Stefan Bühler, who suggested this change on the corresponding debian bug (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=848945#49) or other interested people on that debian bug, or I can get other zfs-using friends to test out this patch and comment on the mailing list.

Is that what was asked for on the grub-mailing-list, that just anyone confirms the patch?

If there is the confirmation from a specific grub maintainer is required, I have no clue on how to push this forward. Do you have any suggestions?

Kind regards,
Felix
