In 2021 Colin asked information to help this bug forward. Are you still 
able to provide any of the requested data?

With my Release Team hat on, without information to debug the issue, I 
think the best course of action is to close this bug (or downgrade, 
whatever the maintainers prefer), because it's hardly actionable and 
needs triaging already for several releases now. So please, provide the 
information to help this bug forward.
