Bug#1142639: grub-efi-amd64 2.14-3: “error: cannot load image” on HP ZBook, 17 G5, system boots again with older GRUB EFI binary

Hi,

This issue seems to have a very similar error message to the problem 
encountered after booting with older grub 2.14-2, where running 
`mokutil --sb-state` outputs:
"SecureBoot validation is disabled in shim"

Perhaps this is the same issue as Bug #1143658. Hope this helps.
