Add two patches. Under Secure Boot grub loads images inside the verifier with
no device path, so chainloaded Windows bootmgfw.efi walks a NULL device path
and hangs. Set loaded_image->file_path and the LOADED_IMAGE_DEVICE_PATH
protocol in the chainloader and linux loaders.
