[Pkg-gtkpod-devel] Bug#466126: Call dh_icons

This package installs icons into /usr/share/icons, therefore it should call 
dh_icons in debian/rules.

The debhelper build-dep should also be bumped accordingly - to >= 5.0.51, or 
maybe to >= 6 now?
