[Pkg-gtkpod-devel] Bug#728151: libimobiledevice4: fails upgrade

Please just disable hal support and drop
/usr/share/hal/fdi/information/20thirdparty/31-apple-mobile-device.fdi

hal is completely broken nowadays and it doesn't make sense pretending
this file is useful.
