libplist participates in dependency loops relevant to architecture
bootstrap. Instead of looking into such a difficult problem, I looked
into easily droppable dependencies. I found that chrpath is not used
anywhere and that the NEWS file mentions libxml2-dev as unused since
version 2.0.0. Please consider applying the attached patch to drop both.
