Hey.

Actually quite a lot packages clean up properly on purge, just grep for
deluser in /var/lib/dpkg/info/ and see.


Also I'd say it's pretty unlikely that anyone create a (system) user by
that name.
And the same problem already exists (for apparently all system users)
when creating the username. If it already exists and is used by e.g.
some plain user, this could easily introduce a security hole - but no
one cares.

And if files are left behind by the package itself,... they should
rather be cleaned up, too. (when purging).
