  * Bump ghc6 dependency to (>= 6.12)
  Ignore-this: 8c64abfb471bd6b5b84bd2a944be0bb9
  
  All the recent changes (no maintainer scripts, hash-based dependencies) only
  work with a recent ghc. This also prevents haskell-devscripts from entering
  testing too early.
