  * Remove README.Debian
  Ignore-this: 64d430fbfc26f45f791c0f0ab22a0ae0
  People will have to get rid of their .hi files anyways, due to the new
  compiler, this is not Debian-specific. Also, we stopped messing around with the
  internals of the serialization format.
