    Update glirc to v2.24
    
    v2.23 FTBFS, with the following error:
    
      test/Main.hs:14:1: error:g
          Failed to load interface for `Client.Commands.Arguments'
          Perhaps you meant Client.Commands.Arguments.Spec (from glirc-2.23)g
          Use -v to see a list of the files searched for.g
    
    This has been fixed in v2.24.
