There are a few missing build-deps - autoconf, happy, alex. I don't know
whether we should be concerned about alex having a build-dep on alex,
though. Happy and ghc6 have the same thing. Does this matter? It
obviously could cause problems with bootstrapping.
Fixed in darcs, providing this is OK. Joachim (or anyone else), please
upload if all is alright.
