Hi maintainers,

I'm sorry, but I need to reject your packages.  Citing your copyright:

At least for Joachim that's legally not possible, which makes the licensing
completly void, and we don't have any licensing at all.  Sorry, but it's
quite easy to fix:  Relicensing the packagine into anything free, and the
package can be acceptes.

PS:  If I missed that in some of the other haskell packages, please fix it
