[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] Bug#639037: gtk2hs-buildtools does not build with alex 3

gtk2hs-buildtools fails to build with alex 3.0.1.

What needs to be done to rectify this?

P.S., the maintainer address in the .cabal file appears
to be missing the "lists." component.
