We're still working on the transition GHC 6 -> GHC 7, with consequent
renaming of all library packages. Packages still not uploaded remain
uninstallable because they depend on old names.

Moreover, in the specific case of gitit, we're also waiting for upstream
to finish testing with the new version of happstack.
