[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] Bug#617467: Bug#617467: Debian’s cabal-install should not recomment updating cabal-install

Do you think it should:

1) Be removed?
2) Check if this is the newer debian version (probably in the sources.list from
the user) and suggest updating using apt-get?

I tend to prefer 1, but I'd like to hear your, and others, point of view on
this.
