[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] gitit version

Hi,

The gitit in the debian repos is out of date. The current release is
version 0.8.0.1. gitit in the debian repos is version 0.7.3.6-1. 

The current 0.8.0.1 release contains a number of big bugfixes, the least
of which is the ability to serve images over 20KB.  

How can I help get gitit in debian repos up to 0.8.0.1?
