[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] Bug#695739: ghc: FTBFS on armhf: braindead rebase of patch that duplicates upstream fix

The patch "armhf_llvm_abi" appears to have been mindlessly "quilt refresh"ed
against head, rather than noticing that a fix in the same place,
for the same bug, was applied upstream (Bug #5914
commit: http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/changeset/3144f85661da176e3d80f28d652b42245becde09 ,
as even noted in the patch).

When I build this package tomarrow successfully for armhf,
by removing this patch, I will upload to mentors, and post the debdiff patch.
