+b4 for haskell-bindings-libzip FTBFS due to:

meaning we can't rebuild haskell-libzip and can't finalize the following
transition:
  http://release.debian.org/transitions/html/libzip2.html

Any ETA for a bug fix/anything an outsider can do to help?
