Of course, this bug must be FTBFS because the package which cannot exist 
according to the architecture is specified.

In Debian, it is usual to not "any" but listed the architecture to build.

But in order to detain the architecture which is not supporting ghci to the status of BD-Uninstallable, 
I was explained when it had become intentionally so by Haskell Policy.
