[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] Bug#682570: libghc-hipmunk-dev: upstream has released libghc-hipmunk-dev=5.2.0.10

Dear Maintainer,
Could you update/upgrade libghc-hipmunk-dev to 5.2.0.10 which upstream
has released. The package can be found at
http://hackage.haskell.org/packages/archive/Hipmunk/5.2.0.10/Hipmunk-5.2.0.10.tar.gz

Also if and when you do that, could you also fix the URI/URL of the
site. It shows the URI/URL as
http://hackage.haskell.org/package/hipmunk while on the net it is
http://hackage.haskell.org/package/Hipmunk (that's right the 'H' is in
caps online). If you do the URI/URL given you get an error page.

If it's even in experimental that would be cool. This library version
is needed for a game https://github.com/singpolyma/BitBrawl
