Hi,

cabal-debian FTBFS on powerpc because it uses runhaskell in
debian/rules, which is not available on all architectures.

This could be avoided by using hlibrary.mk; why is that not the case?

Also, looking at the source I see nothing but a call to
Distribution.Package.Debian.Main from the debian package. What is the
point of having a package of its own, instead just building that binary
in the haskell-debian source packages?
