uploading ghc 7.4.2 to unstable will require rebuilding everything;
there is no way the release team will be happy about this at this stage
during the freeze. Also after the freeze we will want to have
7.4.1-based libraries in unstable for a while to be able to get fixes
into testing via unstable and a freeze exception (e.g. pandoc issues or
the xmonad problem). So GHC 7.4.2 will have to wait for a while.

An upload to experimental would be ok.
