I think not.  I believe a window manager running the entry is supposed
to clean itself up and exec() the new wm.  So the new one starts with no
other wm running.  (Eg. /etc/X11/fvwm/menudefs.hook has what it calls
"Restart" to go to a new window manager.)

Yep, I did, it does what I think it should.
