[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] Long list of packages with wrong Homepage field

Hi.

During a verification run of the Homepage fields of all packages in the
archive we found that many haskell packages have a 404 Homepage URL.
However, this is due to a common error, the URL is *almost* right :-)

For instance:
The homepage field of libghc-attoparsec-conduit-dev points to
http://hackage.haskell.org/package/haskell-attoparsec-conduit
which is 404.  The correct URL is
http://hackage.haskell.org/package/attoparsec-conduit.

In other words, you need to remove the haskell- prefix from many URLs in
your team.

If you prefer, we can file bugs for the individual packages.
