haskell-wai-app-static build-depends on libghc-wai-dev (>> 1.3) and (>>
1.4), but wai is at version 1.4.0-1 in experimental.  The current
version on hackage is 1.3.1.2, and indicates support for wai 1.4.0;
please could you upgrade the Debian package?
