this was du to a bug in dpkg (bugs.debian.org/659814). This bug is
fixed, but the fallout will only be fixed with souceful uploads.

Eventually, and definitely before the next freeze, a new version of GHC
will come along and require such uploads. I suggest you ignore *-doc
descriptions until then

This has been discussed with someone from the translation team before,
(Beatrice Torracca, http://bugs.debian.org/709814).

If you agree, feel free to close the bug.
