Huu? Really? I see the following changes:
* fixes to the control file for wrong syntax
* changes of upstream contact point
* proper short descriptions
* doc-base fixes

True, it is not a classical NMU, but regarding that the maintainer
has not answered any emails since quite some time, inspite of the
package being uninstallable, I would think it might make sense
to prepare an NMU.
