[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] GHC lintian warnings and testing migration

Hi Joachim and ghc maintainers,


first of all, I would ask you to remove "gcc" from debian/control file, this isn't needed anymore and cause of lintian error [1] "depends-on-build-essential-package-without-using-version",
second, how do you feel about asking release manager team to make it go on testing? the package seems to be stuck in unstable.
