[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] Comments regarding haskell-fingertree_0.0.1.1-1_amd64.changes

Hi,

I have one question before accepting the package: LICENSE says "Copyright 2006,
The University Court of the University of Glasgow", but *.hs and *.cabal name
individuals as copyright holder.  Which one is correct?

Please also include the copyright and license information for the Debian
packaging in the copyright file.
