Hi,

After installing libghc-text-icu-dev, my first test failed:

$ ghci

Loading package bytestring-0.9.2.1 ... linking ... done.
Loading package text-0.11.2.0 ... linking ... done.
Loading package text-icu-0.6.3.4 ... can't load .so/.DLL for: libicui18n.so (libicui18n.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

Installing libicu-dev resolved this problem.
Please consider extending the control file.
