[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] Bug#772148: bustle: Split out bustle-pcap into a separate binary package

Package: bustle
Version: 0.4.2-1
Severity: wishlist

Dear Maintainer,

It would be useful to be able to install the monitor on a device that doesn't
have the full stack required for the visualizer. Then a capture can be taken
and transfered to a machine that has the visualizer to be analyzed.

Thanks,
Ted
