[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] Broken URLs in debian/control

we are aware of them, they are fixed in VCS; we just didn’t want to
waste buildd resources on them. The next major GHC version will require
sourceful uploads of all Haskell packages, the problem will disappear
then.

(Or maybe I should just do the uploads, so that people stop tripping
over this.)
