Hi,

your package can no longer be built on mips since it's BD-Uninstallable:
| hothasktags build-depends on missing:
| - libghc-src-exts-dev (>= 1.14)

as the following package is still uncompiled on mips and mipsel:
  https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=haskell-src-exts&suite=sid

This means you've got out-of-date binaries and this package can't
migrate to testing.
