[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] Bug#747505: haskell-streaming-commons FTBFS on testing for mips/mipsel

While trying to build haskell-streaming-commons on mips/mipsel architecture,
build fails on testing with an error:
> debian/hlibrary.setup test --builddir=dist-ghc
> E: Caught signal ‘Terminated’: terminating immediately
> make: *** [check-ghc-stamp] Terminated
> Build killed with signal TERM after 150 minutes of inactivity

I run test manually and test passed after more than 300 minutes.

I found patch on upstream which decreases time of test execution.

After applying this patch,
test execution time is about 25 minutes,
and package builds successfully for mips and mipsel.
The patch is attached.

Could you please consider including this patch?
